Delivery Information |

We endevour to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible - therefore we use a Next Day Delivery Service as standard. It is our policy to have as many of our products as possible available for Next Day Delivery, however some products may take longer to deliver - these products clearly indicate the longer delivery time on the product page. Our Cut-off time for Next Day Delivery is 1.45pm. Orders received after this time will be treated as if they had been received on the NEXT working day. Orders over £120 including VAT qualify for Free Delivery. All delivery times refer to normal business days (Monday to Friday). In the rare case's when items are out of stock or other unexpected circumstances occur - we shall call you at the earliest possible moment to inform you of the delay. If this does happen you will also be given the option of cancelling the order for an immediate full refund so you may obtain a Next Day Delivery Service from one of our competitors. Unfortunately we no longer deliver to Northern Ireland. Channel Islands and Offshore locations may require an additional surcharge for delivery. Please contact a member of our team before you make a purchase as prices vary depending upon the weight of product and your location, a member of our team will respond as quickly as possible. For remote areas such as the Highlands of Scotland and Offshore delivery can take several days. |

After Sales & Warranty Information |

Here at Quality Tools Ltd we pride ourselves on our After Sales Service. Should you have a problem with your product during the warranty period simply let us know and we will take priority action straight away. Chainsaw won't start? Engine rattling? Drill stopped working? Let us know and we'll have an expert call you back to see if it is something we can help with over the phone there and then. If this does not resolve the issue we will have our carriers collect it from you at no cost, it will be delivered back to us on our Next Day Delivery Service where our service team will take charge. The product will then be returned to you on our Next Day Delivery Service, again free of charge! If you have any problems let us know, it’s what we’re here for. All of the products that we sell are UK models and come with the stanadard manufacturers warranty. |
